ABOUT
"As a former Army officer and trauma‑informed coach, I’ve seen first hand and experienced the profound impact that an unhealthy workplace culture, a lack of psychological safety and a fear of vulnerability can have on performance and wellbeing. I partner with organisations to create cultures where people feel heard, respected and empowered.
When businesses invest in a trauma‑informed approach, they don’t just prevent harm - they unlock safety, resilience, productivity, creativity and sustainable growth for everyone involved."

I am a ICF accredited coach and trauma-informed coach, consultant and speaker working with organisations to help them address workplace bullying and create emotionally intelligent trauma-aware cultures. My own experiences have shaped my commitment in helping people grow beyond their own traumatic experiences and successfully navigate workplace bullying.
My practice integrates science backed research, emotional intelligence and wisdom that derives from my own lived experience of workplace bullying and trauma. I focus on practical re-education that helps people and organisations better understand stress and trauma and the impact it can have on behaviour, performance and culture.
Outside of my professional life, I live in Kent and find joy in travel, dancing, meditation retreats, climbing mountains and spending time by the sea, the activities I have learnt that keep me healthy and happy so I can flourish and balance dedication with replenishment.
What I do:
-
Trauma-informed coaching for people experiencing workplace bullying and wish to grow beyond their traumatic experience.
-
Non-clinical stress and trauma-informed training consultancy.
-
Talks and workshops incorporating my lived experience that focuses on insight, reflection and meaningful cultural change.
My approach:
I deliver coaching and speaking work and also partner with a network of consultants and coaches that have both lived experience and professional expertise, allowing us to deliver training and coaching programs at scale for organisational projects.
-
I based my work on well established research into stress, trauma and how people function and translate this into clear practical learning.
-
Lived experience shapes how I and those I partner with work; with care, sensitivity and an understanding of how workplace harm affects people in real life.
-
I work ethically and collaboratively, taking time to understand what is needed rather than applying a one-size first all solution.
