I am a ICF accredited coach and trauma-informed coach, consultant and speaker helping organisations understand how stress, power dynamics and trauma escalate inside teams and systems, and train them to recognise and interrupt those patterns  before they lead to conflict, dysfunction and harm. My work is underpinned by the SoS Framework® - a practical methodology for understanding human functioning under pressure.

My work combines evidence-based research, practical experience through personal insight gained through navigating workplace bullying and trauma. I focus on helping people recognise early warning signs of escalation and respond more effectively before situations deteriorate.  

​​What I do:

  • Talks and interactive workshops helping organisations recognise the hidden dynamics that drive conflict, bullying and escalation in high-pressure environments.

  • Training using the SoS Framework® a practical tool to help people identify how how stress, conditioning, trauma and systems shape culture, behaviour and can escalate to harm in organisations.

  • Through talks, coaching and consultancy I help leaders and teams apply these insights to create healthier cultures and and safer responses in high-pressure situations. 

  • I also collaborate with specialist partners to provide group partner coaching programs to scale in support of organisational projects where required.

My approach:

  • I based my work on well established research into stress, trauma and how people actually function and behave and translate this into clear practical learning and tools.

  • Lived experience shapes how I and those I partner with work; with care, sensitivity and an understanding of how workplace harm affects people in real life.

  • I focus on understanding what is happening beneath the surface before jumping for solutions. Sustainable change comes from recognising what lies underneath behaviour rather than simply addressing it at the symptom level.
