How I Work
Partnering with a network of consultants and coaches that have both lived experience and professional expertise allows delivery of training and coaching programs, at scale, for organisational projects.
The training and consultancy work is non-clinical and practical, helping organisations recognise stress behaviour earlier and offering tools to help people prevent escalation in high pressure environments and respond in ways that are supportive, clear and boundaried. Group coaching programs are designed to support people to manage, thrive and grow beyond traumatic situations in the workplace and in their lives everyday.
Combining research-based knowledge with the insights from lived experience of what really happens inside systems under stress, allows for a wider perspective and innovative solutions to problems that traditional top-down approaches alone don't offer. I create learning that feels relevant, respectful and effective and based on real workplaces.
