COACHING FOR PRESSURE, CONFLICT & WORKPLACE CHALLENGES

Individual, leadership & Group Coaching

As an ICF accredited and trauma-informed trained coach I support individuals, leaders and professionals navigating workplace bullying, conflict, organisational challenges and high-pressure environments.

My approach combines psychological insight, lived experience and practical strategies to help people understand what is happening, regain clarity and confidence, and make safer decisions in complex situations.

Whether you are dealing with workplace bullying, challenging team dynamics, difficult leadership situations or the impact of prolonged pressure, coaching provides a confidential space to reflect, gain perspective and develop practical ways forward.

Workplace Bullying Coaching - Supporting individuals experiencing or recovering from workplace bullying.

Workplace bullying can profoundly affect confidence, wellbeing, professional identity and decision-making. Coaching provides a safe and confidential space to make sense of what happened, understand the dynamics involved and decide how to move forward.  Together we explore:

  • understand bullying and power dynamics;

  • recognising the impact of prolonged stress and escalation;

  • processes stress and re-regulating;

  • making sense of workplace experiences;

  • rebuilding self-trust and the confidence to move forward;

  • developing practical strategies for navigating difficult environments;

  • deciding on safe and constructive next steps.

Leadership Coaching - Supporting leaders navigating pressure, conflict and complex team dynamics.

Leadership often involves making decisions in situations where emotions, competing priorities and organisational pressures are present.

Coaching helps leaders better understand their own and others' behaviour under pressure and respond more effectively to difficult situations. Leaders develop the ability to:

  • recognise escalation risks in teams;

  • navigate difficult conversations;

  • respond effectively to conflict;

  • strengthen judgement and decision-making;

  • understand the impact of leadership decisions on people and the culture;

  • create safer and healthier team dynamics.

Group Coaching - Reflective Support for professionals working in high-stress or trauma-exposed roles.

Coaching Case Study

Claire  – 8 Sessions – Deputy Director of Organisational Development.

Claire began coaching after being placed on a formal warning following a complaint made against her and this had been done with little communication or clarity from her organisation.  The experience left her feeling shocked, distressed and unfairly judged, particularly as no initial investigation had taken place. As a senior leader who was committed to her role, the situation had a significant emotional impact and affected her confidence and sense of trust at work.

My work focussed on helping Claire process the impact of the experience, regain perspective and reconnect with her values and strengths. Over time she returned to work with greater clarity, self-belief and resilience. The formal investigation was ultimately dropped and Claire raised concerns about her treatment, leading to wider learning and system change. She went on to apply her insights with greater empathy and confidence in her leadership role and in how she supports her team.

“Having the time to talk through my thoughts and feelings with somebody safe and non-judgemental has been so valuable. Being able to clarify and process in a safe space to understand why I had been feeling so overwhelmed and stuck has been very freeing. Knowing that I was sharing my thoughts with someone trained allowed me to unpack layers that I just wouldn’t have done so easily with people that already know me”
